I am genuinely excited to start releasing VendorVault to agents across Queensland.
VendorVault began with a simple observation: real estate agents carry a huge amount of listing work in places that were never designed to hold it. Seller tasks sit in messages. Documents live in folders. Buyer links get sent manually. Updates are rebuilt from memory. Important dates move around. Proof of activity is often buried right when it matters most.
A calmer way to run the work
I wanted to build something that gives agents a calmer way to run a listing from the first prep work through to seller communication, buyer document access, contract activity, key dates, and settlement proof. Not another heavy system for the sake of software. A practical workspace that helps agents stay organised and helps clients feel looked after.
Queensland is the right place to start. The way agents work here is fast, relationship-led, and detail-heavy. A campaign can change quickly, and the best agents are often juggling communication, compliance, buyers, sellers, trades, documents, and timing all at once. VendorVault is built for that reality.
Built for the first release
The first release is deliberately focused: one clean vault for each listing, a client portal for sellers and vendors, buyer document links, activity records, weekly updates, important dates, templates, and a workflow that keeps the whole campaign easier to see.
What excites me most is not just launching the product. It is getting it into the hands of agents who will shape what VendorVault becomes. I want the early Queensland agents using it to tell us what saves time, what needs to be clearer, where the workflow should go deeper, and what would make their next listing feel easier to run.
